What’s the deal with insurance?

All our cars are fully insured. You’re covered for accidents, theft, and third-party liability. Unless you drive like a maniac—then you’re on your own.

How does the damage deposit work?

Accepted Answer

We ask for a small, refundable €400 deposit. If everything’s in order, it comes right back to you.

If an accident occurs, the €400 deposit is retained.

Question 3

What happens if I get a parking fine or traffic ticket?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, life is hard sometimes and you will be required to pay any penalty received whilst you had the car.

This will also be subject to a flat  €50 processing fee by us.

Question 4

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 48 hours before the start date, no charge. During your rental? Let’s talk. We're fair people.

Can I drive across borders?

Accepted Answer

As a general rule - no. But we will consider this according to individual requirements. (subject to further charge)
